Liang China is set in the real world location of Taiwan. However this setting's Earth is an alternation dimension. A movement during the Communist revolution, led by Monarchists managed to spring up and flee to the island of Taiwan, after Chiang Kai Chec's Democratic movement was destroyed. For many decades, Liang has been one of the last true Monarchies in the world, ran by the Liao family. The Liao family has supernatural intelligence running through it's bloodline and the country of Liang has become somewhat of a bastion of hope against supernatural evils that threaten the world. Most people in Liang (and the world) don't know about the supernatural threats that loom over the proverbial horizon.

Currently, Liang is actually even much wealthier than the United States per capita, but the citizens seem to enjoy only the same standard of living. (Which is quite high) due to King Liao's secretive projects, and because they have China as their neighbor, they need to focus on their military very badly.

As the story of the Group Role Play starts, Wu Wei, a young man who is unknowingly incredibly gifted with powerful sorcery, completely humiliates King Liao (The King's first name can be chosen by the player) when King Liao attempts to rape him. The gaurds capture Wu Wei and sedate him. As a result, Wu Wei wakes up to find out that he has been completely transformed into a fully functioning hermaphrodite with female breasts, and even the capability of giving birth.

Wu Wei is an 18 year old man capable of extreme talent with the martial arts, and as he discovers shortly after becoming a hermaphrodite, the most powerful sorcerer in the world. Before he discovers his power, he has to suffer the sexual, psychological and physical abuse of King Liao, before Liao reforms and turns from Evil. Wu Wei is a brown haired, 180 lb, 5'11, green eyed young man.

An incredibly intelligent and powerful martial artist, but absolutely lacking in magical power. Unlike his father and grandfather, King Liao has discovered that he has little talent for sorcery, with some important exceptions. King Liao starts the game as an evil man who attempts to rape Wu Wei, and later transforms him into a hermaphrodite for being unable to succeed to completely assault him. King Liao is an incredibly competent leader and administrator, and has succesfuly become one of the best allies of America in the world. His personality is cold, although he can be very passionate on rare occasions. The King once had a wife but she died from an assassination when she was only twenty years old. This left King Liao very unrestrained in his sexual desires.
