I look again, at wanted characters, and at this game? I like idea, of maybe making stripper character? But, I dont know how she fits good, in the game story. ??? If there are good ways, for fitting, im happy for submitting character though. :-)

A stripper would fit well and add some variety. 👍 There is the Hell's Gentlemen's Club which is located near the office and frequented by employees, so there would be regular clients among the cast. There are currently 3 characters that are not Marsden employees: two bartenders at Midtown Club and one security supervisor in the building where the Marsden main offices are. So non-Marsden-employees are definitely possible to make.

thank you, thats very kind. :-) I only didnt want for making character, that couldnt be in story lines. If everything is in offices, a stripper seems silly, for me. ::)

People have residences as well. There's plenty of areas she could be involved in interactions. So I wouldn't worry.

It may seem like this game has been around for ages and we're quite advanced in the roleplay's timeline, but that is not the case. The Merger is still at a very early stage in the timeline so joining now or even in the future would not be a problem whatsoever.



With the addition of a plethora of new characters lately and the subtraction of a few inactive characters, here is how the active cast of this game looks like:



Some demographics info:

The average active character age is 34.4. 8/26 active characters are in their 20s. 13/26 active characters are in their 30s. 2/26 are in their 40s. 1/26 is in their 50s. 1/26 is in their 60s.

12 active characters are cis women and 14 are cis men.

As for "Race":
Non-Hispanic White: 53.8% ~ 14/26
Black: 11.5% ~ 3/26
Mixed (Black + Other): 11.5% ~ 3/26
"Hispanic and Latino": 7.7% ~ 2/26
Middle Eastern: 7.7% ~ 2/26
Asian: 3.8% ~ 1/26
Mixed (White + Other): 3.8% ~ 1/26

While the vast majority of characters are in their 20s or 30s, characters in their 40s, 50s, 60s and even 70s are also definitely welcome.

I saw Tsaritsa wanting to play a stripper at the gentlemen's club and it gave me a great idea for a possible character I could play. I'm also considering playing another security personnel, but those are my two options at the moment. :)

Here is a brief summary of what has happened in The Merger so far:

To celebrate the merger between Marsden and Buxton & Lott, the new joint company organized a corporate picnic (Event 1) over the weekend at Prospect Park, in Brooklyn. This picnic has brought together employees from various divisions and ranks and notably saw the likes of Derek, Viola, Kevin and Tonia enter the questionable balloon popping humping competition, and is still ongoing within the RP. At the office, new interns and former Buxton & Lott employees are settling in with their new teams at Marsden's headquarters, while the CEO and HR are making plans behind the scene for a fun Halloween (Event 2). Outside the office, co-workers are getting to know each other more through shared work-out sessions, flings or even being roommates. They also get to know non-Marsden employees such as the office building's security people, the bartenders at Midtown Club and the strippers at Hell's Gentlemen's Club. Work, friendship, dates, sex, in the world of The Merger, the city indeed never sleeps.
