This suggestion is not something I see needing to be seriously enforced, more like added as something you can do out of courtesy and for making members more on the same page.

Basically, I was thinking of making it written down as common elliquiy courtesy/manners to label your search threads even if you're looking for heterosexual couples. As a mainly M/M player, I've noticed a trend that people looking for M/F roleplays don't always label their thread titles with the pairing EX: Bob's Story ideas M/F. A LOT of people already do tag, but there are quite a few who do not, and I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to make it a unified expectation with common language. Basically my idea is two things.

1. Something written somewhere saying it's common courtesy to tag your search thread titles with the gender/sex pair-ups you accept
2. A unified system of tagging to reduce confusion.

My suggested unified system would be this:
M= Cisgendered male
F = Cisgendered female
TM = transman
TF = transwoman
I = intersexed (realistic, separate from more porn-y exaggerations)
Fut = Futa
Herm = Hermaphrodites
A = androgynous/no sex
Other = anything I've forgotten  ::)

Dom or sub could easily be added to indicate dominance where important, but might be better left to the inside of the thread

M/F, M/M, TF/F would be labels for pairings you're open to playing either partner
"M looking for F" or "M for F" would be an example of only being willing to play the male half of a M/F relationship

I can't tell you how many times I've seen a thread labeled "open to all pairings" and went inside and saw they meant relationship pairings like student/teacher not sex/gender and every single idea was M/F. It's gotten to the point where I don't even look at anything that's not explicitly labeled M/M. I don't want to force anyone to comply if they don't want to, but I thought it would be a good thing to suggest, and it would help make it clear that Elliquiy doesn't necessarily support the idea that "heterosexual = normal and accepted default" and other relationships are "abnormal" or need to be labeled to separate them from the "normal people."

Er, hope that was clear haha.
