Mary was at the door of her brother's room wanting him to eat something. It had been a few days since the accident and the death of their sister. Since then he had not eaten anything and she was getting worried about that. "You need to eat please." She said knowing somehow she would have to force him to eat or he will shrivel away to nothingness. She hated the fact that he was in so much pain but he had to move on and try to live his life as best as he could. Her blond hair fell in front of her eyes as she spoke.

Mary sighed knowing he probably would not respond to her voice but only his sister's. Slowly she walked over to him sitting in the corner and kneeled down beside him. "Shaun please you need to eat. She wouldn't want you to live this way." She whispered touching his knee hoping to get through to him.

Mary had not made dinner yet and when she saw the sobbing of his chest she slowly wrapped her arms around his body. Somehow she knew he was not able to hear her words but she still needed to be there for him. "It'll be alright." She whispered.

Somehow she knew he was still there and sat down beside him. "You need to try to live your life. She would want that." She said putting a hand on his and her head on his shoulder.

She winced as he pushed her away and sat up so she did not get him mad. "But she is around you. Spiritually I mean. Do you think she would want you to mope around all day?"

Sighing she got up slowly and went to make something to eat for them. He needed to eat and she wished she knew what he was thinking when he did not answer her. Walking slowly downstairs a few tears dripped from her eyelashes and onto her cheeks. A few moments later something that smelled good filtered through the house and upstairs to his room.

About 15 minutes later she came back upstairs with two plates of food. One for herself and the other for her brother he needed to eat something. "Shaun here please eat something. I will force feed you if you don't eat." She said sitting down beside him but kept her distance this time.

It had been days since she heard her brother talk. All she could do was stare at him when he said those words. Slowly she turned around and walked out  the door without a word. Why was he being like this?

She went into her room and put the food on the bed. Now she was the one not hungry. All she wanted to do was help her twin brother and he kept pushing her away.

She had eaten something before going to sleep and put the plate on the ground by her bed. It had been cold that night and she put no blankets on. If he looked into her room then she would notice that she was shivering a little in her sleep. The thing about this house was it was quite cold in the fall.

Even with the water running she did not wake up she had not much sleep lately. Also sleeping would take away the pain for a little while because her brother would not be around and pushing her away. She huddled her arms close around her while she slept.

She snuggled up under the blanket and was now warm again. During the night she thought she heard her brother's voice but wasn't to sure about that. A few hours later she woke up since she was hungry. She had not ate much the night before and would need some kind of breakfast. She got up and changed her clothes then walked out the door stopping at her brother's doorway. Had he come in last night? She didn't remember putting on a blanket.

Sighing she debating whether or not to go in and talk to him but what he said last night hurt. She pulled away from the door and started heading downstairs to finish yesterday's dishes that were not done. He needed to come out of the room some time or another.

(Your not on AIM) Sighing she started the dishes and tried to keep herself busy. If she did not keep herself busy she would think about her brother and her sister. Technically she lost both of them now. After she sat down at the table and pulled out the phone book. She was going to find a counselor that could come to their house.

She called a few places and found no luck so far. All of them did not do house calls but she would not give up. There was a counselor out there for him and she could feel it. She got up and starting upstairs again to do some laundry but that meant she would have to go into his room to get it. Before she would do that she went into her room and got her laundry.

It wasn't that she did not care she just couldn't mope around and do nothing. When she got her clothes she walked across the door and to the other side. "I'm doing laundry is there anything you want done?"

Sighing she grabbed the pile of laundry and walked out of the room not shutting the door because she had no hands. She heard him crying and she wanted to hug him and make things better but last night he told her to get out.

When she was done her laundry then she made dinner again for them both. After she was done she went back upstairs to give him some food. "You need to eat." She slowly walked into his room and hoped he would not make her leave.

"You need to eat more then one mouthful." It hurt her to see him like this and placed a hand upon his shoulder. Would he let her in today and help him feel better?

"You haven't eaten at all tonight." She said taking her hand off his shoulder and then sitting on the bed beside him.

"Help why?" She asked wanting to know why but she already knew.

[darkvamplips]

"So that's why you have been acting this way." She laid down and wrapped her arms around him not sexually but to comfort him. They always did this to one another when the other was sad.

"Well you did the first thing is you told me." A small smile crept upon her lips as she knew he would feel somewhat better. Slowly she rubbed his back.

"I know it was just her time to go. You'll see it will get better." She put her head into his neck hugging him more.
