I would not mind a writing partner or two, while I am awaiting approval.  I enjoy almost any genre, except hard core military.  I can write males and females of either persuasion, though I am not as experienced at male/male.  If you have any questions, or ideas, please ask.  (I do not write for canon characters, ever.)

I am up for anything except canon characters and hard core military.  In general, I like odd settings like those in studio Ghibili films.  Old mansions are good, as are airships, submarines and hidden kingdoms (in the wall, underground, etc.), gypsy wagons and circuses.  I like orphans, lost princesses, ancient curses, hidden agendas and treasure hunts.  On lunch, I can throw out a few ideas.  If one interests you, we could try it.  You can throw anything out there that comes to mind.  Sorry for the quick response, but I am headed into work.

Like I said, I have nothing specific in mind.  I can throw a few ideas out.

A girl grows up in a submarine with her father the mad scientist.  A young sailor is captured.  Who is he and does he have an agenda?  That could go anywhere.

I am not so much into modern settings which have two people hooking up for sex.  I would choose Romancing the Stone over any porn movie.

A man/woman from our world (maybe from an older time period. Though). falls through/walks through a hidden doorway in a house and finds him or her self in a magical land/alternative history where the key to survival is a native gal/guy.  Maybe steampunk technology is involved, or maybe it is more primative.

And woman/man in a caravan wagon must hide a hunted man/woman so that she/he fits in.  Danger and adventure would hopefully follow with some sort of dramatic ending.

I guess what I mean is that I like one-on-one threads that are like Stardust, The Princess Bride, Star Ward or what have you, rather than just a thread about hooking up.  Prolonged sex scenes begin to bore me.  The buikd up is better than the finish.

Well, untill you're approved the romance will have to be kept to a minimal, but do rather like your ideas and general genre of story playing.

I'd be more than willing to tag up on any of those games you've got presented there. I rather like the caravan one, and the one about the secret kingdom in the wall.

I'm a rather easy going writer, I enjoy all kinds of things, be them simple or extremely complex. If I don't know much about what you're wanting to play, I will enlighten myself, and do a little quick reading to get a general understanding and try my best to satisfy the needs of my partners wants.

Now I'm not expert, nor am I in any way a professional writer, or great conquerer of the art, but I'd love to give this a shot if you'll have me. Meaning to say, these styles are very much adored by me, but very seldom played, so I will try my best.

O.K.  thank you.  I will write up those two large ideas as posts, in the next day or so.  If you like one, we can go with it.  I write story starts all the time, so I can throw a few for you to look at.  Others I can save for a rainy day.  If we did the caravan idea, which side of the story would be more fun for you?  The hidden kingdom could be more co-operative, or you could have more of a character that enters it, or I could.  Anyway, I will get to this in the next day or so, and I am greatful for your offer.

O.K., here is one possibility.  I will throw a few more out tonight, or tomorrow, or soonish.

The soldiers were swarming the gates out of Knotshire.  The red and black of Duke Erlington was everywhere.  Donald almost expected to see a dog walk past, wearing the duke's colors.  They were set up outside the enormous west gate, under white canopies.  The men were all kitted out, with chain mail hauberks, short swords and dangerous looking spears.  These spears were plunged into suspicious looking bags and hay loads, without regard for station.

Donald knew that his traveling wagon was going to attract their interest.  It was a solid bow-top affair, with fancy carvings and more colors than a child could dream of.  The top itself was covered with a tan tarp, strapped down, to help protect the wood of the cart from the elements.  His trustworthy ponies were tired from four long days walking, and needed a stable and a good oat mash.

Donald pulled his wide brimmed, floppy hat down over his face.  He had the distinctive looks a foreigner and that would not help.  His features were as sharp as a knife and a light burnt umber.  His hair was black, thick and long.  He kept it twisted in the long braid common among his folk.  His eyes were a startling pale blue in his dark face; a gift of some distant ancestor.  His body was well formed, though not overly large, with nimble fingers, lean muscles and the reflexes of a cat.

The people here were all fair of hair and broad of face.  Their language was guttural and harsh to his ears.  They lumbered around like cows, chewing their cud and ramming into things.  Still, a rube was a rube, and he needed to make some coin.

The Duke's pet sorceress Mathilda was even at the gate, casting her gaze over every cart, pack and traveler.   Donald shuddered to look at her.  She was quite a beauty, with pale clear skin, corn flower hair and ruby red lips.  Still, her eyes were ancient and cold, like a frozen lake with hidden depths.  Her emerald gown clung tightly to her slender body, but it did little inflame his passions.  She was a pretty poison.  He had heard the stories of her abnormal passions and evil rituals.
