Seeking Male Character

He was a passionate and successful chef.  He was on various cooking shows and even had various restaurants around the world.  But his baby and first restaurant was where he loved returning to after months of being on the road.  He comes home and chooses to sit in his restaurant as if he is a normal guest, checking to see how his business is ran before going back to the kitchen, it is only then that he meets a spitfire Sommelier.

Basically my idea is that it is a known fact that he is coming in that day, but she has no clue what he looks like since she is relatively new.  If you don't know what a Sommelier is, it is basically a wine specialist.  Her job is to find the perfect wine that would compliment the mean and also serve it.  I think from there the two could constantly clash with their own opinions causing an humorous but interesting pair.
