BlackestKnight

#25
CHARACTER NAME: BlackestKnight
REAL NAME: Lucas Bishop (Parallel Bishop)
AGE: 28
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Straight
HEIGHT: 6'5"
WEIGHT: 230 lbs
AFFILIATION: X-men, The Twelve, Xavier Security Enforcers, N.Y.P.D.

APPERENACE/COSTUME:

APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES:

Bishop is a mutant with the power to absorb energy, either ambient energy or that directed towards him, and to project that energy from his body in the form of concussive blasts. Bishop can also store absorbed energy within his personal reserves, whereupon the energy increases his strength and recuperative abilities, as well as affording him a measure of invulnerability. Also, he instinctively knows his location at all times.

  • Concusive Blasts
  • Healing
  • Enhanced Strength
  • Near Invulnerability
  • Superb Marskman
  • Superb Hand-to-Hand

WEAKNESSES:

  • Originally unlike Sebastian Shaw and Agent Zero, Bishop was unable to absorb energy from inertial impacts such as hitting walls. This does not mean he was incapable of absorbing kinetic energy. Kinetic effects such as an exploding card from Gambit were absorbable. It would seem that as of late he is learning to absorb inertial impact energy, however he still cannot do so with anywhere near the efficiency of Shaw or Agent Zero. Whether it is possible to increase this ability in time with practice is unknown.

  • Some energy types are more difficult to absorb than others. Bishop can be overloaded by trying to absorb too much energy.

  • Although he can absorb psionic energy from blasts or telekinetic attacks, Bishop is not immune to telepathic attacks.

HISTORY: The mutant known only as Bishop was born in the 21st Century A.D. of alternate timeline Earth-1191 in which the mutant-hunting robots called the Sentinels had taken control of North America. In this timeline, Professor Charles Xavier and most of the members of the mutant team he founded, the X-Men, were killed by the Sentinels. Mutants were killed or were imprisoned within "mutant relocation camps."
Bishop and his sister Shard were both born in one of the "mutant relocation camps." Like other mutants they were branded with "M" tattoos over their right eyes for identification.

Eventually, "normal" human beings and mutants joined forces and overthrew the Sentinels in the "Summers Rebellion." However, "normal" humans still resisted coexistence with mutants, and radical terrorist groups of mutants, such as the Exhumes, made war on "normal" humans.

One of the veterans of the Summers Rebellion, a mutant named Hecat'e, stated that it was unacceptable for humans to hunt down criminal mutants. Therefore, she said mutants should police themselves. Hence, Hecat'e and other mutant veterans of the Summers Rebellion formed the Xavier Security Enforcers. The X.S.E was named after Charles Xavier in honor of his dream of peaceful coexistence between mutants and "normal" humans. Hecat'e became the X.S.E's commanding officer.

Since their parents had apparently died, Bishop and Shard lived with their grandmother, who was herself a mutant, until she died. Their grandmother told them stories about the heroism of the X-Men and instructed them to follow Xavier's dream of peace between mutants and the rest of humanity.

PERSONALITY: A time-traveling cop from the future. There's... actually not much more to say about Bishop than that. He's big, he's stoic, he's black (and at least part native Australian), and he operates on a slightly different ethical code to most of the X-Men.

EQUIPMENT:

Sunglasses that display information and allow communication with the rest of the X-Men.

Weapons
X.S.E guns that fire laser beams and plasma charges. He is able to recharge them with his own stored energy.

Vibranium bowie knife.

CHARACTER NAME: Myth
REAL NAME: Ragnar Lodbrok
AGE: 25
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 6' 7"
WEIGHT: 242 lbs.
AFFILIATION: X-Men, formerly Scarlotti crime family, self employed

APPERENACE/COSTUME: none

APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES:

Mythological Mimicry: Ragnar can become any being mentioned in any tale of myth or legend with all the abilities, powers and traits included. For example, one can transform into a phoenix and gain its aspects.

Low Superhuman Strength: A side effect of his powers give him the strength needed to lift only about 1 ton. Not enough to stand toe to toe with other superhumanly strong people, but useful for clearing rubble.

Dimensional Pocket: Ragnar opens a small dimensional rift when he shifts which any item on his person such as clothing or weapons go to. Is not big enough to hold people...

WEAKNESSES:

Myth is only able to shift into creatures that he has knowledge of. To this effect he is always trying to learn as he never knows when one might come in handy. He also gains the weaknesses of the creatures he changes into as well as their abilities.

HISTORY:

Ragnar Lodbrok is a direct descendant of the famous Viking king of the same name, of which he'll be the first to gladly share with anyone. After school he became a mercenary always siding with whoever could afford him while becoming a black belt Maui Thai martial artist. His more famous alias came from the fact that Ragnar would prefer to take on his opponents in hand to hand and become covered in their blood. Although from time to time some of it would become his. While he would never be a big name like say Wade Wilson, Ragnar became accomplished in his own right.
His last job had Ragnar being hired by a mobster as a bodyguard for his daughter Christina, because he didn't trust any of his family to protect her. As time went on the two eventually became lovers away from the prying eyes of her father. One day when they were out on their weekly shopping trip, the pair were attacked by the a rival family. Try as he might Ragnar was overpowered and taken along with Christina to a hidden lab. There he found out that the rival family worked for Mr. Sinister by bringing people for his experiments. He tried to protect Christina one last time, but only succeeded in have her die in his arms. Ragnar himself hovered on the brink of death for days afterward before his latent mutant abilities manifested and he made his first shift into a hellhound. Death hovered in the air that night as the raging beast tore through the lab killing all he came across.
Tracking down the crime family that captured him and Christina Ragnar found that the place was deserted but another figure came and his life changed that night....

The full moon shined down at the figure standing in front of open gates. He had spent weeks going through the Gaccione safe houses until he finally found the information he was looking for. The light reflected off of blue eyes that were as cold as ice as long brown hair whipped around his shoulders in the wind that had come up. Slowly his footsteps took Ragnar past the gates and into the main courtyard... That was about the closest thing it could be called anyways as it was huge along with the mansion that housed his new greatest enemies. Or should have perhaps because it seemed somebody else beat him to it.

Bodies lay in the grass probably where they had fallen and the green was wet with blood. Squatting next to a corpse Ragnar studied the body carefully only to find no bullets did the deed, so he doubted it was a rival. His guess that this Sinister had decided that the Gaccione family had outlived their usefulness and rubbed them out. In doing so it had also robbed Ragnar the Bloody of part of his own vengeance. A growl came from deep in the man's throat before it had turned into a scream of rage.

Suddenly Ragnar whipped about feeling a presence, "Show yourself!" Surprisingly the figure wasn't on the ground but landed from the sky... She was a beauty of ebony skin and white hair. A skintight black uniform with gold accents graced the lithe form, but his eyes were drawn to hers for another reason... They were pure white. As Ragnar watched they slowly turned back to their normal color even as his own eyes went from blue ice to amber and took on a more reptilian appearance. Silence fell around them as they looked at each other.

Finally the woman spoke, "I'm Ororo also known as Storm... I come to offer you a place in the X-Men..."

PERSONALITY:

A little known fact about the mercenary known as Ragnar the Bloody is that he tattooed a rune after every successful mission though after Christina passed away due to the experiment he took to branding them onto his body. In his mind his one greatest failing was when Cristina died in his arms. To this effect he has become withdrawn and fights with a recklessness as he doesn't care of injuries that he sustains in battle. Always ruthless when fighting this has also increased as well. Ragnar still worships the Norse gods and claims Tyr as his patron.

EQUIPMENT:

Ragnar is an accomplished mercenary and in his years he has become a near expert in firearms. He also has a black belt in Maui Thai and is at home with a blade or hand to hand. His standard equipment usually consists of a simple K-BAR knife and his custom made fingerless gloves complete with metal spikes protruding from the knuckles.

#27
CHARACTER NAME: Wolverine
REAL NAME: James Howlett/Logan
AGE: over 100 years old
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 5'7"
WEIGHT: 300 lbs (due to Adamantium)
AFFILIATION: X-Men, The Jean Grey School for Higher Learning

APPEARANCE/COSTUME:

APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES:
Wolverine has a wide variety of powers and abilities, nearly all stemming from his healing factor. This power enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with far greater efficiency than an ordinary human. He can regenerate greatly damaged or destroyed tissue with few seconds. This power has healed him of wounds that would normally kill almost anyone else. It is even able to heal psychological wounds, but has often resulted in memories of traumatic experiences being supressed. He seems to be immune to any Earthly disease and poisons and drugs that aren't in massive doses. This includes alcohol. His healing factor has also extended his life so that even after a hundred years he appears to be a man in the prime of his life.

He possesses heightened senses that equal some animals. He can see farther than normal people and still see perfectly in near total darkness. He has enhanced hearing and scent abilities. He can recognise people by scent and can even detect lies through scent.

Due to his healing ability he can push his muscles beyond the normal strain that others can exert, meaning he is capable of feats of unnatural strength. The adamantium skeleton pushes this further by allowing him to do things that would normally damage bones and the constant extra weight increases his natural strength. His healing factor also allows his body to have heightened stamina. He has high levels of agility and fast reflexes.

He has bone claws which are now fused with adamantium. They are retractable and normally sit beneath the muscle and other tissue of his forearms. Professor Xavier has also provided him with psionic resistance, allowing him to resist telepathic probing and assault.

He is a tactician in battle, able to focus and think at high levels. He was taught the Art of War and many years of experience has provided him with a lot of knowledge. He is skilled in acrobatics and master of many fighting styles. He is a samurai, a soldier, and covert operative. He has mechanical abilities and enough knowledge to take care of complex vehicles like the ones the X-men use. He is fluent in many languages including English, Arabic, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Cheyenne, Lakota, and Spanish; he has some knowledge of French, German, Thai, Vietnamese, Farsi and Portuguese. In his long life he has learn a lot about many cultures and places, as well as knowledge of literature and philosophy.

WEAKNESSES:
Wolverine's specific vulnerability is the Muramasa Blade. It was forged with a piece of Logan's soul. The blade is thought to be the only thing that could put him down for good. Though it is also thought that decapitation would also kill him, but due to the adamantium in his skeleton that would be near impossible.

In battle his heightened senses can be used against him, even to the point of seriously harming him. His metal skeleton also makes it more difficult for him to swim.

Ingestion of Carbonadium can reduce his healing factor. Adamantium poisons him and if his healing factor were turned off some how his life could be in danger. Other forms of adamantium have been shown to weaken him.

Massive magnetic fields or the magnetic powers of someone like Magneto can also cause problems for him, causing pain and damage to his body that will need to be healed.

HISTORY:
Logan has a long history due to his delayed aging. He was born in Canada in the late 1800s. His life as a child was rough, consisting of neglect and abuse from his family. After the death of his family he went to a small mining community with Rose, a childhood friend. There he grew up and developed as a man. His mutation started to take effect and he became agile and strong and incredibly healthy. He also developed his animalistic traits. He was a well respected member of the community. He loved Rose, but because they were pretending to be cousins he could do nothing about it. When his half-brother arrived to kill Logan the two fought and Logan eventually won. As he was about to deal the killing blow with his claws Rose leapt in the way and Logan impaled her. She died in his arms and he retreated into the woods to live in solitude with a pack of wolves.

Over the next couple of decades Logan fought battles against Sabretooth and earned a reputation as a killer and the name Wolverine. He fell in love with many women and lost some tragically, usually through the manipulations of Romulus. During World War 1 he fought the angel of death and won. He also fell in love with a woman named Janet who was later killed by Romulus' orders to teach Logan that whenever he managed to overcome his bestial nature to care for someone, they would die. After the war Logan continued to wander the world. Eventually he returned to Canada to join the army for World War 2. After the war he went to Japan and married a woman there who was eventually killed, once again, due to Romulus.

Eventually Logan found himself going by the name of Wolverine and fighting for many different organisations, often brainwashed to turn him into a useful weapon. During this period of his life he was forced into a procedure to bond his skeleton with adamantium and then heavily brainwashed again. He was used as a weapon for a few years before breaking free. He managed to join up with a Canadian program and through that regained some of his memories, though not all of them. He also started to learn how to control his rage. He spent a long time with this program, called Department H. He started to help people and do good, unlike much of his past which had involved murder and death.

During a fight with the Hulk Wolverine was noticed by Professor Xavier who approached Logan while he was leader of a team. He invited Wolverine to help his students escape Krakoa. Wolverine resigned from Department H and joined Prof. X who managed to finally break him free from Romulus' manipulations. After helping save the X-men Wolverine decided to stay on with the team. It was also the first time he met Storm.

At first Wolverine was cynical about Xavier's dreams and beliefs about co-existence of mutants and humans, but over the years with the team he came to respect them. He stayed as a member of the team for many years, developing close friendships with some of the other members. He also became like a father figure to some of the younger members like Kitty Pryde and Jubilee. He fell in love with a Japanese woman named Mariko who was connected with the Japanese criminal underworld. Their relationship lasted until she was poisoned. To avoid her long, painful death she asked Wolverine to give her a quick and painless one and he reluctantly went through with it, though it resulted in him withdrawing emotionally, but also becoming more disciplined.

Wolverine and Cyclops never really got along, but the years found them getting farther and farther apart. Logan saw Cyclops' method of teaching young mutants to be soldiers was going to end up getting them killed and he left the X-Men for a time because of it. He formed the new school known as the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, funded by the money he had amassed over his life. He felt the need to keep the legacy and dream of Prof X alive while also honouring Jean Grey.

When the Phoenix Force was on the way he refused to get the school involved in the fight, wanting to make sure the students were protected. However, he joined in the fight, assisting the Avengers. When the dust settled he returned to the school to help teach the young mutants in need of guidance. He hired on new staff, including Storm who he had fought beside for many years, though he had been surprised by her sudden marriage. He chose her to help him run the school and the team of X-Men.

PERSONALITY:
Wolverine is known widely as a gruff loner, though over the years he has shown responsibility for others and a caring for people that would contradict that. He has worked in many teams and fought well with others. He is a strong leader when he needs to be, though he is not the type of person to sit back and guide others in a fight. He has a wild and animalistic nature and a berserker mentality that he tries to control. He has acted like a father figure to many and is capable of deep caring. His past relationships have often ended in his partner dying, so he is worried about loving again. There are few people who have gained his complete trust.

EQUIPMENT:
Wolverine can use many different weapons and has in the past had various equipment, though he usually just uses his claws since they are convenient and unbreakable.

KNOWN ENEMIES:
Many.

Lunaris

CHARACTER NAME: Astraflare
REAL NAME: Idris Raleigh
AGE: 20
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: (Mostly) Lesbian
HEIGHT: 5'6
WEIGHT: 136 lbs
AFFILIATION: N/A

APPEARANCE/COSTUME (Perhaps in the future):

APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME (Dyes her hair black to avoid being pinned for a mutant):

POWERS/ABILITIES:

A: Gravity Control;

She is able to increase, decrease, or otherwise shift the potency of gravity around herself or objects or persons to varying degrees. When it applies to herself, she uses it as a means to decrease her own weight and make it possible for her to run faster, jump higher, and engage in a variety of acrobatic and gymnastic feats. She also uses her local manipulation of gravity fields to provide a cushion against or stop incoming blows.

She can use her gravity-centered abilities to lift, pull, throw, or crush objects to varying degrees from afar. The closer and lighter the object is, the easier it is for her to affect its center of gravity. Larger, heavier objects such as a concrete slab require moments of concentration and focus for her to seize control over.

B: Temperature Manipulation

She has the ability to rapidly increase or decrease the temperatures of the air or things affected by her control of gravity fields. This allows her to ignite or freeze over objects and people. As with her ability to manipulate gravity, she has a far easier time igniting or freezing things within the range of her touch than she does with objects or persons from afar. She has been known to ignite or freeze larger objects, then utilize them as small meteors or comets, though it puts her under tremendous strain and requires several moments of focus.

WEAKNESSES:

Trying to affect the mass and/or temperature of objects from afar can take a heavy toll on her as she's still in the process of learning how to manage her powers. Though her control over gravity allows her to move faster, leap higher, and hit harder, anything that shatters her concentration or otherwise cancel her effects on gravity would render her as strong as a fit human girl.

HISTORY:

Like most humans in today's world, Idris grew up with a contrasting mixture of feelings towards mutantkind and other superbeings. Awe and fear. Enchantment and disgust. She daydreamed of putting on a tech-suit and saving the world in style like Iron Man just or controlling the elements like Storm. She hated them for the destruction wrought by villains and the collateral caused as heroes tried to take them down. And yet, she always wondered what life would be like if she had those powers too. She never once imagined that she already did, that the right things just needed to occur for them to come to her.

Until her sixteenth year, she was a normal human girl. Brown skin, brown eyes, dark hair. A high school student concerned with such trivial things as popularity, hanging out with friends at Burger King, and rushing home to play video games. She toyed around in drama club, geeked out in the anime club, swayed her hips in the Salsa club. The only 'mutants' she knew were the other girls and boys she relentlessly teased in her desire to make people laugh.

Was that guy's nose too big? He was a mutie. That cross-eyed girl in room in physics? Mutie. That reclusive nerd with the World of Warcraft hoodie? Mutie.

But she eventually grew out of that and stopped living to please people. She actually saw a few mutants. Real ones. She began to read about them online and feel for them. As mutants moved to Utopia to get away from the real freaks...people like her, she evolved and realized that mutants were people just like everyone else. And that life was much harder for them than anyone else on the planet.

It was a good thing that her opinion changed because the war between the Avengers and X-men, the emergence of forces and beings she'd have never been able to comprehend triggered something in her. Growing up, she'd had many dreams during her slumber of having powers. She outran the fastest humans. Jumped onto rooftops. Lifted impossible things. But now those dreams were becoming a frightening reality.

Some days, she felt lighter than she should have, as if she was in danger of walking off of the ground and through the air. She sometimes found she had to struggle to avoid bouncing on her feet like astronauts did on the moon. Her irises of her eyes began slowly changing to a brilliant turquoise and her dark hair was succumbing to streaks of white, much to her wonder and horror. If she felt too cold and hugged herself, the air around her grew warmer. When she fanned herself in the heat, the air became suspiciously cold.

She was becoming what she feared and admired and she was running out of lies and hair dyes to keep it under wraps even as she sought out secluded places to test and learn to control her growing powers. In the end, it didn't matter. The chance to be a hero eventually presented itself when a flash mob of bangers tried to beat down and rob a couple at a subway station as she waited on a train to get home from a friend's place. She stared at them as they rained blows on the nearly defenseless innocents and soon, the thugs found themselves confused and frightened as it became difficult to keep their feet planted on the ground. She shoved the air in their direction then, and they were thrown to the ground, up in the air, and against walls as if hit with a giant bowling ball.

And then she heard, "Freeze!" behind her. As the thugs scattered and ran, she stared at the police officer like a deer into headlights as he cautiously closed in with handcuffs in one hand and his gun pointed at her in the other. Panic set in and before she could think about what she was doing, she shoved him away through gravity and ran faster than any human ought to...

Two weeks later, she nervously made her way up the steps of The Jean Grey Institute for Higher Learning.

PERSONALITY:

Though she's struggling with the changes in her appearance and emergence of her powers, Idris is a bit a cautious optimist. She hopes for the best, while bracing herself for the worst. She's an avid fan of an eclectic assortment of music and is rarely seen without her headphones over her ears or resting on her shoulders. Music, especially of the upbeat variety, is how she deals with her stresses. Well. That and singing and dancing when she thinks no one's around.

She has a playful, sarcastic sense of humor and is intensely curious about other mutants. The more obvious the mutation or flashier the powers, the harder it is for her to pretend she's not staring at the subject in question. Feelings of regret about the way she taunted others in her youth drives her to be a bit of a firebrand and outspoken towards those that pick on the weak.

And yet, realizing that she's different has left her feeling alone and afraid. She yearns for the day that she control her powers well enough to protect the innocent, but fears how the world will react.

EQUIPMENT:

Her backpack, smartphone, charger, water bottle, and a Kindle. In other words, nothing special.

REAL NAME:  Jubilation Lee
AGE:22
SEXUAL ORIENTATION:Straight
HEIGHT:  5’5
WEIGHT: 115 lbs
AFFILIATION:X-men Previously: The Forgiven, New warriors X-Corps and Generation x

APPERENACE/COSTUME:

APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES: Vampirism: After being attacked by a suicide bomber, Jubilee was infected with a vampiric virus. She was later bitten and sired by Xarus. Jubilee is currently a vampire with full vampiric powers, including:
Superhuman Strength: Like all vampires, Jubilee now possesses superhuman strength.
Superhuman Speed: Like all vampires, Jubilee is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: Jubilee's body is more resistant to the fatigue toxins generated by her muscles during physical activity.
Superhuman Agility: Jubilee's ability, balance, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.
Superhuman Reflexes: Jubilee's natural reaction time is enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.
Fangs: Like all vampires, Jubilee has fangs and claws.
Mist Mimicry: Jubilee can turn into mist.[10]
Jubilee receives regular supply of Wolverine's blood to ingest which grants her certain immunities including:
Regenerative Healing Factor: Jubilee is capable of regenerating damaged or destroyed tissue to an extent much greater than an ordinary human.
Limited Sunlight Exposure: Due to the healing factor in Wolverine's blood, Jubilee can withstand a small amount of sunlight every day.
Jubilee is also skilled in gymnastics and had qualified for the Olympic Games before her parents were murdered. She is also a good hand to hand combatant, having received some training from Wolverine. She also seems to have the makings of a good leader.

WEAKNESSES: Jubilee suffers from Dyscalculia.
As a vampire, Jubilee has a number of special vulnerabilities, including:

Silver Allergy: Jubilee is highly allergic to silver and can be severely injured, or killed, with silver weaponry.
Direct Sunlight Exposure: Due to the healing factor in Wolverine's blood, Jubilee can withstand a small amount of sunlight every day. However, too much sunlight can be toxic to her much like other vampires.
Death: It is presumed that, like other vampires, Jubilee could be killed by having a wooden stake plunged into her heart, by being decapitated or being exposed to fire.
Religious Symbols: It is also presumed that, like other vampires, Jubilee could also be negatively affected by religious items (such as a Bible, holy water or crucifix, etc).

HISTORY: The daughter of two prosperous Chinese immigrants, Jubilation "Jubilee" Lee, was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California and lived a charmed life. Jubilee attended an exclusive Beverly Hills school and was believed to have the gymnastic potential to participate in the Olympic Games. However, all in one fateful weekend, her parents lost their money in the stock market and were then mistaken for their neighbors (also named the Lees) and killed by two hit-men, while Jubilee was out with a friend of the family.
Jubilee was then sent to an orphanage, but ran away and hid in a Hollywood shopping mall, stealing food to survive. Jubilee first discovered her mutant power, to generate blinding and explosive energy "fireworks", while running away from mall security. The stress of running away from the security guards caused Jubilee to emit a large light energy blast while in a back alley. This completely disoriented the men and allowed the frightened young girl to escape. Upon learning about her mutant ability to create fireworks, Jubilee realized she could earn money by using her powers to entertain customers and visitors in the mall.

Frustrated with the young girl's rebellious nature and powerful light-shows, the mall security hired mutant hunters, known as the M-Squad, to capture her. Jubilee held her own by blasting the M-Squad's energy tractor beams, but she was eventually caught. Lucky for her, Jubilee was rescued by the X-Men Dazzler, Psylocke, Rogue and Storm, who happened to be shopping at the mall. Curious about these strange women, she followed them for a while and later jumped into a portal after them.

Curious about these strange women, she followed them for a while and later jumped into a portal after them.
After hearing of mutants being attacked on the island nation of Genosha, the trio make their way there. They meet Boom Boom and Rictor, who had lost their powers. Leaving Jubilee to guard the depowered mutants, Wolverine and Psylocke attempt to invade the Genoshan Magistrate headquarters, but are captured. The three young mutants escape capture, and help the other X-Men defeat Cameron Hodge. Upon returning to the United States, Jubilee joins Storm, Wolverine, Forge, Psylocke, Banshee and Gambit as a member of the X-Men. Although she accompanies them on many of their missions, they remain wary of placing her in harm's way because of her young age. When Wolverine is kidnapped by The Hand, Jubilee argues that she should be allowed to help (as she had previously fought and defeated The Hand), and finds an unlikely ally in Psylocke. After run-ins with the Skrulls, the Brood, Omega Red and Mojo, Jubilee is finally made to stay at the mansion by the X-Men, and is not permitted on missions anymore due to her age.
When Professor X is almost killed by a villain named Stryfe, who appears to be Cable, the X-Men are quick to suspect Cable of the deed. It is Jubilee who persuades the X-Men that he may not be the culprit, as no one knows what Stryfe really looks like, and he could therefore be disguised as Cable. Once Professor X is cured he regains the use of his legs for a short time, and Jubilee takes him roller-blading to cheer him up. After spending some time bonding with him she realizes that he isn't the stuffy old man she took him for, and they grow closer. After his legs begin to weaken, Jubilee helps him back into his wheelchair, realizing that just being there to help means more to him than anything she could say. Sometime later Jubilee accompanies Wolverine to their old base in Australia. Their arrival sets off a dormant Sentinel, whose attack interacts with Gateways portal and sends Jubilee back in time to her parents' house just before they were killed. Certain she could save them from dying in the car crash, she is convincing them not to go when the doorbell rings. At the door stand two armed hit men, Reno and Molokai, who take her parents away at gunpoint. Learning for the first time that that their car accident had been faked, and that they had in fact been murdered, Jubilee swears revenge. Upon returning to the present she tracks the two hit men down, with Logan backing her up the entire time. But once she has her parents' killers at her mercy, she finds that she just can't bring herself to kill them, a revelation that pleases Logan.
Back at the mansion Jubilee becomes close friends with Colossus's little sister Illyana Rasputin. When Illyana is diagnosed with the Legacy Virus, Jubilee spends all of her time at Illyana’s bedside. When Kitty Pryde arrives Jubilee is jealous of her at first, because she was Wolverines first sidekick, but the two soon form a friendship. Despite all their attempts the X-Men are unable to save Illyana. Jubilee takes her death extremely hard, almost as bad as Colossus. Several weeks later she has another loss to deal with. After Magneto violently removes the Adamantium from Wolverine's skeleton, he decides to leave the X-Men, fearing that he is a liability to them. Knowing how much this will affect Jubilee, he writes her a touching goodbye letter, and leaves his favorite cowboy hat for her. A short time later, Sabertooth is brought to the mansion by Professor X and held in captivity there. Jubilee is terrified of him, and has nightmares of him killing the X-Men and leaving her for last. Attempting to get over her fears she begins to bring food to Sabretooth, who taunts the poor girl mercilessly. One night her nightmares almost come true when the mansion's security system goes down and Sabretooth escapes from his cell. He hunts the X-Men throughout the mansion, but in the end it is Jubilee who takes him down with a neuralizer pistol.

With the other X-Men busy, Banshee is the only person to notice that Jubilee is having trouble coping with Wolverine's absence, as well as all that has happened to her since he left. When the Phalanx assimilates most of the X-Men, Jubilee and Banshee are forced to team up with Sabretooth and the White Queen, Emma Frost (who has recently awakened from a coma in the mansion's medical facility), to escape from them. This unusual group works together to gather all the young mutants listed by Professor X as future allies. The Phalanx is later defeated thanks to the sacrifice of a young mutant girl named Blink.

Feeling that she needed a rest from the stresses at the mansion, Jubilee volunteered to join a new group of teenage mutants known as Generation X. The team was led by both Banshee and Emma Frost, and was comprised mainly of Jubilee, Husk, Synch, M, Chamber, Skin, and Penance.
Both Banshee and Emma Frost educated the teenagers in school subjects as well as combat and field skills. Jubilee and the other mutant teens honed their unique abilities and occasionally battled minions such as the Juggernaut, Omega Red, and their arch-rival Emplate. Time after time, Jubilee used her experience with the X-Men to help her teammates outsmart their enemies. On more than one occasion, Jubilee was solely responsible for the defeat of Emplate. She used her sarcasm when Emplate siphoned her powers so that he would become enraged enough to not have control over them, causing him to blast himself with Jubilee's energy blasts. During the team's last encounter with Emplate, Jubilee blew up Proudstar Hall in order to defeat him. Her teammates survived the massive explosion, because Iceman covered them with an ice shield.

During her stay in the Massachusetts Academy, Jubilee was kidnapped and held hostage by Bastion during Operation: Zero Tolerance. She managed to resist his mental probes for a good amount of time, hiding valuable information on the X-Men. Jubilee staged an escape early on after being kidnapped, literally knocking several armed soldiers unconscious with a large plasma volley. Her innocence and morals led to her capture once more, as she decided to give CPR to one of the guards she injured. She eventually escaped with the help of Bastion's assistant Daria. While wandering the desert after her getaway, she was attacked by a Prime Sentinel and held her own by blasting his vision receptors. She was saved at the last minute by Wolverine, who took her back to the X-Men until she was comfortable enough to return to Generation X.

One of the most important details about her stay in Generation X was when she discovered the true killer of her parents, Hunter Brawn. She staged a solo operation, using all of her powers, skills, and abilities to track down Brawn. With the help of her friends and teammates, she managed to take him down. Enraged at how he had destroyed her family, her powers flared to a massive level. Instead of killing the man, she took out her aggression and blew up his warehouse, leaving him to be arrested by local authorities.

After Generation X disbanded, Jubilee moved to L.A. with former teammate Skin to pursue an acting career. She was unfortunately cast in stereotypical Asian roles, and after her agent tried to seduce her, she blasted him with a powerful plasma blast.

Jubilee returned to L.A. with Skin, but the two of them along with Magma and other mutants were kidnapped and crucified on the front lawn of the X-Mansion by the Church of Humanity. Jubilee and Magma recovered from the attack, because of Angel's healing blood, but Skin and the others weren't so fortunate.[3] Jubilee became slightly depressed due to the loss of her friend and reunited with her friend Husk. The two of them, along with Angel, attended Skin's funeral. Since the grave keeper wouldn't allow a mutant to be buried in his cemetery, he had Skin cremated and unemotionally handed Jubilee Skin's ashes. From then on, Jubilee went on a few missions with Nightcrawler and Havok's Uncanny team, but was taken off of the active roster when Cyclops decided Jubilee needed a mental break.
After the House of M, Jubilee was one of the mutants affected by Scarlet Witch's reality altering wave and has lost her powers.[5] When Sally Floyd was trying to get in touch with the X-Men regarding the sudden depowering of most of the mutants, Jubilee did what she could to help, but since she was no longer a mutant she could not go back to the Xavier Institute.
Jubilee relocated to Queens, New York, apparently operating a safe house for depowered mutants. She allowed Wolverine to visit Agent Zero, but the facility soon came under attack by Omega Red.
Jubilee joined the New Warriors under the guise of Wondra. As Wondra, Jubilee had superhuman strength (derived from a power suit) capable of lifting a freight train over her head. As a member of the New Warriors, Jubilee acted as Night Thrasher's second-in-command and was responsible for training the team. Jubilee had a tougher exterior than years past, likely due to her responsibilities of training the team, as well as losing her powers and almost being killed at the hands of Omega Red.
After leaving the New Warriors, Jubilee made her way to the the West Coast again, and more specifically to San Francisco, where the X-Men moved following the destruction of the Xavier Institute. Jubilee it seems has remained in contact with many of the new generation students, and met with a group of them at Fisherman's Wharf. The younger kids updated Jubilee on the status of the new island of Utopia, which now acts like a new home for the remaining mutants on Earth. When asked to return to Utopia with them however, Jubilee decided against going to an island of mutants, when she was no longer one. Instead, she had a letter delivered to Wolverine saying simply "Wish you were here."
While Pixie and Jubilee hung-out in Union Square, a biological suicide bomber exploded nearby, coating the area, and Jubilee, in blood. Later on Utopia, Dr. Nemesis discovered that Jubilee had been infected with vampire blood that would slowly over-take her.[8] Ultimately, a hypnotic suggestion took over her and she fled to her masters. After being bitten by Xarus, son of Dracula, Jubilee had become a vampire. Wolverine chased after her and Xarus used Jubilee to convert him. Jubilee bit Wolverine and he led the army of vampires that attacked Utopia until it was revealed that Cyclops had planned for the event and had Nemesis implant nanites in Wolverine's blood. After Dracula killed Xarus and the X-Men defeated the vampire army, Jubilee was released into the X-Men's care and placed into a cell until a cure was found.
At Gambit's behest, Wolverine travels to Paris, taking Jubilee with him. There, tensions between her and X-23 (who is travelling with Gambit) flare up. Meanwhile, Gambit talks to Wolverine about the difference between how he treats Jubilee and X-23, who both see him as a father figure.[42] Jubilee soon starts to develop a friendship with X-23 due to their similar circumstances, with the latter helping her deal with her urges to kill while Jubilee in turn helps Laura learn how to be a normal girl.[43] She is later taken in by a group of vampires called The Forgiven, who have learned to move beyond their need for blood and can move about in the day, as a student.
Jubilee has recently returned to the X-Men with an orphaned baby boy who she has given up for adoption.

PERSONALITY: Though she is still somewhat of an upbeat and rash thinker since her turning into a vampire Jubilee has become a little more negative in her thinking. She is still however a compassionate thinker who is willing to fight for what she thinks is right.

EQUIPMENT: None

KNOWN ENEMIES: Like her close friend and mentor Wolverine Jubilee has made numerous enemies even in her short lifespan.

So, what exactly are our character relationships in this game, team-wise? I'm fine with Bishop not being particularly well received by the team for his previous face-heel-turn actions. I typically like playing loner characters with their own agendas anyway.

Lunaris

Well. Since it's gonna be a new semester at Jean Grey, I can say that Idris doesn't really know anyone. Yet.  ;D

TamaRose

Jubilee, Wolvie, and Gambit are going to fun to play with....and again there are so many new characters I have never played with before. This is going to be awesome. I can't wait to play with all of you!

Pumpkin Seeds

I think Nuo is going to be annoying some Bishop.

Jag

Toad is going to lick everyone. >.>

*Jag wouldn't actually do that...as tempting as it is*

Oh!  Oh!  Can Nuo and Toad go free running together!? :: bounces around::

Jag

Yes! Toad needs a friend. Ignore the stalking aspects of his personality!

Jag

If you take out the creepy factor of stalking, it's really just a one sided relationship, which happens all the time! :P

Maybe if I make her mad enough she can just try and turn me. lol

Chaosfox

*shurgs* She has learned to control her thirst for human (and that mean means mutants) blood but you might be right you  never know what a vampire might do when emotions are running high.

Yep, we never know what could happen. Still, I think Jubilee is a cool character. Not many people play her.

Chaosfox
