The page won't load and when I try to hit a link to get onto the IRC channel it won't let me in o.O

Looks like the embedded program used for the IRC client is down at the moment. If you are still unable to access it you could try www.mibbit.com for the time being, until the embedded application is working again. Alternatively you can download mIRC.
