Michael tries to be polite but at the moment, he finds women to be more of a time-sink than much of anything else.  He enjoys their company and he does miss the physicality and intimacy you can get from a relationship but in the end, it generally involves compromise and discussions that lead...nowhere.  Michael's not interested in that at the moment.
