An odd little posting glitch

I don't know if "glitch" would be the right term for this odd little issue.  Either way it's not major just a bit odd and annoying at times.  But when I go to post or preview, and it tells me in red that someone posted while I was writing out my reply, I look down to read the new post, and it comes out just fine.  But if I hit preview again, the last post shows up twice, and so on and so on the more I hit preview. 

It doesn't effect anything really, and the threads are all normal when I've successfully posted, but it is a bit odd.  Could this be an odd glitch of the new server installation?  Or is it just me?
