Just as a question before I put up a post.....I assume the Demon in James has no qualms about killing people?...or attempting to do so? Team members included? :p

Funny enough, Baal is more interested in destruction for its own sake than actually killing anything, and it's not uncommon for him to briefly manifest to make his desires known in the most pissy trapped-in-a-mortal-body way he can manage. He didn't even really kill his fellow demon lords; he just destroyed them and scattered most of their essence (after devouring their personal mandates, the things that make them demons of specific concepts).

This is common knowledge among the occult community, and it's known that it'll only be a matter of time before the defeated demon lords pull themselves together again, albeit much weaker than they were. Good thing too, because they are fundamental parts of the universes structure.

Lol yeah. No guts, no glory though. Nice post, and I already replied.

Lady Kitsune

Hope this is okay. Let me know if changes need to be made.

Name: Adrienne Masters
Age: 18 yrs
Height/Weight: 5'5” / 128 lbs
Physical Description: A mysterious beauty with long flowing dark chestnut hair and eyes the color of the ocean. Her lithe body moves with an easy grace.  The alluring thing about her is the emotion in her eyes. The anger that makes them glow but the sadness them depthless. Full breasted and well hipped, she has no idea she is even pretty.

Magical Specialties:Lightening and Chaos. Before she was with Adamant Circle, she caused horrible and cruel chaos with her gifts. Despite her dislike of her magic, she is sometimes compelled to use it.

Rate your Attributes:
StrengthD10- Adrienne can shove a large truck and hold down a burly man or two but she is by no means a Hercules.
Agility D6 – Movement comes easily to Adrienne. Masterful at parkour, she can twist and leap in the oddest of places, small or large.
Health D8– Generally healthy, she heals faster than most and never gets sick.
Knowledge D12 – Adrienne has a lot of smarts, especially street smarts. She reads constantly but falls short of a true education. Most of her knowledge is Arcane and that at times is limited.
PerceptionD6 – Sneaking up on her is not an option.
MagicD6 – (May move to D4 when she is way older and wiser but not right now)Having yet to explore the full realm of her powers she has an incredible penchant for learning it. Nobody “gets” it on the first try but she gets pretty close. Problem is, she isn't a fan of magic.

And your mundane skills:
(D6)Guns and ammo are a girl's best friend but (D4)knives make great soulmates. Her expertise is self imposed and part of her experience is from being an up and coming if short lived hitman for the Bratva. She has (D10)brawling experience and is adept in parkour.

Magic Skills:

Alchemy D20 – A skill that usually involves in depth study, so she will probably never master turning lead to gold but when she makes bullets and whispers a little, they sometimes come with a little magical punch.

Astrology D10- Stars! Who's got time for stars and charts. She knows where they are in the sky. Thanks evil mom for the teach. At least Adrienne knows when to recognize a particular omen in the sky.

Conjuration D8 – Sometimes conjuring is like a spell, so wha-la! There it is!

Destruction D4 – Don't make Adrienne angry, you wouldn't like her when she is angry.

Necromancy D10 – Ewww, This is the reason she started trying to run away from home. Adrienne making blood and guts, no problem. Zombies and ghosts just are too creepy. Ghosts still try and talk to her anyway. What is it with people always wanting to chat when you have the back off vibe.

Summoning D6 – If it starts with a spell, she can bring it to her. Control...hmmm.

Gifts/Special Abilities:

Vision D6 As a nephilim she can cause people to have real and true visions to sway them in their decision. More than an illusion, she can make you taste, feel full after eating, hear and see things not there as well as touch it.

Time Displacement D6 - Adrienne can make an hour feel like a minute or a minute feel like an hour and an hour feel like half a day.

Ley Line Travel D10 - With great effort she can move herself and a person or object a great distance, maybe 5 miles but it makes her nauseous and the person she is moving will definitely barf. She also has to have been there before.

Levin Bolts D6 - when she is calm, D4 when she is enraged.

The Word D6 - When she speaks a spell, she does not need to cast a circle, the runes and markings appear as she intones. Even if she has no clue what she is reading or saying. So it is written so let it be done. Like a feeling to its correctness. Now if she could just do it without waving her arms around like an idiot and concentrate.

A brief summary of your personal history, including how you became a spellcaster (if you are one):Once upon a time a witch of a great coven fell in love with an Fallen Angel. This angel was not prone to evil but disgraced for voicing his dissatisfaction with Heaven and how they did nothing. War against the demons should be done swiftly. Why would God not use his might to smite the minions of Hell. For his blasphemy he was cast from Heaven to Earth where he wandered for many centuries. Blinded by his righteousness and the manipulations of a cunning woman, he was fooled into conceiving a child that might be able to utter the words that would open the gates of Heaven into Hell so that the Angels would be forced to fight full on and destroy what would taint God's Creations.

Little Adrienne, practically from birth, was trained to cast spells. A prodigy that excelled to please her mother, the High Priestess and hopeful to please her father who came around sparingly to check on her. Her mother's greed for power had rooted in Darkness and the woman used her child cruelly and mercilessly for things that were wrong. When her mother was cast from the coven, she realized that things were not right, even as she fled with the woman.

Without the need for the Fallen Angel anymore, she turned to summoning a powerful demon a made a pact that would gift him her daughter. Adrienne's father showed up, realizing too late his folly and that Adrienne's mother did not love him. In a final act, her father shielded her from the spell with perhaps his own life. A primal rage swelled inside Adrienne and using the power of a passing storm she sent the demon back to Hell dragging her mother with him. She was a thirteen year old child left alone in a crater she had created.

Flash-forward to when she was seventeen, Adrienne had relocated to Paris, a down on his luck hitman had taken the lost child off the streets, her loneliness resonating with him. She confided in him her gifts when she trusted him. The taught her everything he knew, letting her run with the parkour gangs.  Little did she know he was using her and her special talents as a way to win his way back into the higher rankings of the Bratva. On a particular assignment for her handler, she was given an anonymous message of his betrayal. Once more she was enraged and the building where the Parisian sect of the Bratva quartered was nothing more than a black hole.

Because these particular rages black her out, she awoke in asylum, told she was mumbling in some odd language. It was there the Adamant Circle found her. It was there, they made a deal. Only problem is, who can control a teenage girl with plans of her own.

Anything else you would like to tell us: Adrienne has wings. They come out when she is over emotional or angry which is why she tries very hard to contain her emotions. She found out when she was eight and tried to get a better look at a storm. She slipped and fell from the roof, terrified. It was when she landed on her feet with a wingspan of black feathers that she realized something cool. For some reason, she has told no one...ever that she is nephilim.

The other thing is, because she can't stand her own magic, she hates using it. She doesn't feel she can trust it or anyone else with it. It's why she chooses a more physical path. Magic can be unpredictable but a bullet is a bullet.
I am working on it, I swear!

I'll have a post up later tonight or tomorrow.

Adrienne is approved. She's probably James's enforcer, given her experience with making people offers they can't refuse. Feel free to post in the IC thread.
