Ten years have passed since the Kingdom of Oendock invaded into that of Corsdae and the Northern-most city of Aedeline fell to the enemy. Though the campaign of war continues in the south, the once proud city in the shadow of Everise Mountain has lived long in the chains of servitude. The hand of the Oendock is cruel and the citizens of Aedeline know little in the way of freedom. Bregen's Bread shop now feeds the mouths of the enemy. The GinderCog factory now supplies their soldiers with weapons. The men toil under sweat and steam in the southern mines and the women suffer the attention of the soldiers who patrol the quiet stone streets and nobles who praise or imprison by the ease of their thighs. However, in the low basements and in secret meeting places those who had been girls have become young women and ache for the freedom they knew in a not-so-distant past.

The girls of Aedeline are becoming strong... and they have a plan.
