I have many ideas but this one is hard to get out of my head. If you've played the Sith Inquisitor you know Khem Val. You probably also know how he treats the Sith who has him with a degree of condescension and is always promising that some day he won't have to follow her orders. Here is my idea:

In the game it implies this means he will try to kill the Sith, but what if it was a female Sith and what if, instead of killing her, he decided on that fateful day to make her his little Sith slave.
