In my humble opinion, BESM 3rd edition cleaned up some of the rules.  I believe dX/Tri Stat/BESM 2nd is an excellent and playable system.  3rd edition is superior.

Okay, BESM is the winner it seems unless anyone says otherwise.  I'm going to have a quick read through of the rules and then I will post some sort of explination/what I want from interested people.  I will probaly open the game to 5 players since that would be the best ratio.

Keep in mind your not neccesarily playing the Sailor Scouts, your making your own.  If you want to base their Sailor form off of one of the original you can.  So while you couldn't exactly play Sailor Mars, you can make a temple priestess with similiar abilities.
