Catching up to the newest Honkai: Star Rail patch while trying to balance in Azur Lane and Brown Dust 2 on my phone...I don't have a gacha problem, I swear!

I'm doing my first Cyberpunk 2077 playthrough ever. I made my V super 'my type' and now I'm so in love with him I wanna ask someone to RP as my V. Falling in love with this setting so hard, too. It's so gorgeous and bleak.

I will often play Fortnite though I am more invested in the outfits of the characters. I'm not the best player and I will usually only play Reload because least you get to be brought back to life and in any other mode...my teammates aren't usually ones to revive me so I think it is nice to come back on your own. I didn't really have the best memories of playing fortnite in the past but suffice to say it is growing on me and when you are on the right team...it just makes it that much more enjoyable. I just wished once your team is defeated you could leave immediately instead of just sitting there watching the other team continue to play.

Been playing Doom 3 for Spooky Month. After that, I'm gonna play the Phobos mod for it, the Resurrection of Evil expansion pack, then a map pack called Tested.

It's a short list these days because I am on the road a lot for work, so I don't get the time to play that I used to. I'd love to check out Puppet Master: The Game, Alien: Isolation, and Baldur's Gate 3... perhaps someday

I'm back to playing classic Doom with mods. I had tried to get back into the Quake 2 Remaster with some mods and the mods either had texture issues, didn't load, was a pain in the ass to set up, and/or had gameplay I didn't care for. I don't have these kinds of headaches when it comes to classic Doom and Quake. I realize it's probably a bit unfair to judge other games like that but I'm spoiled.

A cyberpunk card battler with a surprisingly good (but mostly linear) story. I expected the game to be ok, but not great. turns out they wrote a pretty good story for it and the conversation bits caught me so well.

Still trying to finish it but I dont know if I am ready for the ending

Got myself dragged back into FFXIV's fishing..... For those not in the know, there's one rare "big fish" per fishing area in the game, and there's achievements for catching every one in a given expansion. So, I've been working on that goal again. It's actually been going pretty well!

The latest expansion, Dawntrail, added three skills of note. Spareful Hand, which can store up to three fish for later mooching (which makes a lot of big fish easier, since you can come to the area beforehand and store any fish it might need as a prerequisite), and the Ambitious/Modest Lures, which bump up the chances of getting a fish of a specific bite strength (designated by the amount of exclamation marks above your character's head when they bite). And though (most) big fish have a !!! bite, the lures can still affect them! So with those skills, I've been able to catch fish that I really struggled with before!

So I would say Fortnite again. I haven't played it in a bit. I suppose I'm still waiting for them to bring back the Arcane skins from before I played but somehow knowing they exist makes me part of many just looking at the store and hoping they pop up in there. Apart from that I've played a bit but haven't gamed much of late. I've been distracted but plan to do a bit more Fortnite if my mind allows me to focus enough otherwise I'm currently waiting on another game to come out to fixate on.

Been chipping away at Spiritfarer. I want to like it more than I do, because it's a very pretty little cozy game with a melancholy edge. I've been finding that getting the right resources or figuring out which objectives can be progressed sometimes gets in the way of the pacing, though.

Which is unfortunate, because I felt like it started very strong. I did finally figure out how to bypass the roadblock, but it might take a bit to get my momentum back there.

Playing Sun Haven - a farming game ala Stardew Valley/Story of Seasons but with a more fantasy edge to it ala Rune Factory. Started up a new file since it's been such a long time. The game is rather charming in its direction and vibes, which makes sense.

Been digging into Astroneer the last few days, while job hunting and all that good stuff.

Alas I got pulled back into World of Warcraft, although the changes they made for casual players are amazing.
