Back from the Mountains and Ready to Write (M Seeking F)

Greetings! I’m Crixus and welcome to my plot thread!

Anything listed here is a plot or idea I’m excited to write, no particular order.


- I write primarily Male characters in third person, and try for my posts to be at least 3+ paragraphs. While I do stand by Quality over Quantity when it comes to word count, I am happy to write more when given more to play off from my partner.

- I currently work full time and do not often post daily. I try my best to keep my threads updated at least weekly. If there are current events or issues that might prevent this schedule from being kept, I will always inform my partners if there are delays or if I’m not feeling certain aspects of the plot/story.

- Communication and plot discussion is very important to me. I dislike feeling like the sole player carrying the plot and expect both of us to contribute to moving scenes forward.

- I prefer plots to be written over forums. Will occasionally allow PMs. Never email.

- Please make sure to check out my O/O thread for compatibility on likes and dislikes.

The Plots, Characters and Concepts

Be My Alibi – “The danger excites you, doesn’t it?”

It was meant to be a boring evening of cocktails and faking a smile throughout the night. But then a handsome stranger appeared, sweeping her off her feet, even if there was something in his gaze that sent a chill down her spine. A sixth sense of warning, that only seemed to entice her further. Then the police were arriving, the CEO having been killed upstairs in his office. He looks down at her and smiles, holding her closer as a detective approaches for a brief statement. They’d been dancing all night, he assures the detective, a gentle squeeze at her side. She agrees. But he doesn’t leave, he lingers, enticing her once more...want to do this again, sometime?

Seeking someone to play the Young Woman who finds herself seduced by the Hitman, and finds herself venturing with him as a more and more willing alibi, accomplice, and more, as the dangers grew and passions heighten. Also considering the angle of her being undercover in the moment and telling herself she’s going along with the Hitman as a means of gathering evidence.


The Midnight Ride – “Happy to see me again, aren’t you?”

They happen to meet every night. When the night is at it’s darkest, the city simmering beneath the roaring tracks of the train, eyeing each other with unspoken interest. Both agents of their differing causes, hiding among the humans, gathering intel, waiting to strike at their unknown enemy...or rather, formerly unknown enemy. Now, Angel and Demon ride the train together, waiting in silence to see who’d break first. They both knew what they should do...and yet, couldn’t help but be curious at what would happen next.

Seeking someone to play either the Female Demon or Female Angel opposite of my Male Angel or Male Demon. I see this story taking place in a somewhat supernatural modern era, where Demons and Angels mostly go about their business in secret since the greater war of Heaven and Hell in the past. Both know the stories being told about the other side and they’re supposed to be enemies, but something clicks between the two, and our story opens on the first night they decide to start talking instead of just staring each other down.


Evil Emperor Seeks Wife – “Villains have the style”

After conquering the Kingdom of Avon and vanquishing the last of the Great Heroes, the Dragon Emperor Verus turns his attention to rebuilding the lands and reforging the once fractured continent into one of strength and stability. Beyond his borders, Verus is viewed as brutal, expansionist, and threatening, yet those who look past its his warlike exterior see the building of an unusually inclusive society, where the strengths and talents of his people are respected and cultivated. And with the passing years, Verus understands that the strength of rule cannot fall upon just one...and that he must acquire himself a wife and heir to show the growing noble houses of his Empire that the line of the Dragon shall continue.

Seeking someone to play the eventual Dragon Empress within this fantasy setting. I’m open to character types of all sorts, while aiming for very much a Power Couple feeling as our characters find themselves facing threatens within and outside of this newly forged Empire.


You Always Knew – “So...you want the real me?”

She knew from the moment her mother remarried that something was wrong with her stepfather. And that was going beyond the ‘Rich Guy With A Heart of Gold’ act. She’d barely met the guy, before they were both being whisked away on a private jet to his manor in the mountains, perhaps closer to a castle, overlooking the small town below. Old lines of royalty, he explained with that devilish smile. But it was much more than that, spying the marks upon her mothers neck. Just a love bite, she was told. Her suspicions growing as she investigated through the rooms, the dungeons, before being cornered by her new stepfather, happy to drop the act for his stepdaughter and admit the truth...he was a vampire. Now that she knew, what was she going to do about it?

Seeking someone to play the stepdaughter who finds herself engaged in cat and mouse games with her vampire stepfather. I see this story played as a dark seduction, playing at the predatory instincts of the vampire while also teaching his new stepdaughter to fend for herself, teasing her about being ‘easy prey’ for him and how she can be so much more.


The Wolf of the Seas - “You have heard of me.”

During a perilous journey across the Seven Seas to meet her arranged husband, the Princess finds herself taken captive by the feared Forsaken Prince and his crew upon their legendary pirate ship, The War Wolf. Perceiving her as no mere damsel, the Princess is swept off and made part of the crew, finding her own freedom across the seas as the Royal Guard and her desperate husband-to-be hunt them down, among all the other dangers out upon the waters...

Seeking someone to play the Princess in this swashbuckling tale, that really only exists because I rewatched Pirates of the Caribbean again and had to make myself a pirate adventure story. More lighthearted in tone compared to some of the other stories, we got a Pirate Power Couple here sailing across the fantasy seas.


His Watcher – “I’ve always been here, for you.”

It was his fearsome reputation that drew her to him, and his protection that allowed her to stay. Disguised as an old blind wise woman in search of a Lord, the beautiful witch kept her illusion consistent through her stay within the court of the feared Raven Lord. So quick was his acceptance of her, she wondered if he might see past her illusion, but if the Raven Lord did, he made no mention of it. The Witch Hunts continued across the lands, but at the Raven Lord’s side she remained a simple voice of wisdom and patience. She knew she couldn’t maintain such magic forever, but when to reveal herself? And what to say to a man who answers to the throne that hunts her kind?

Seeking someone to play the Witch opposite of my Raven Lord. A more Game of Thrones inspired fantasy setting, within a time where magic is more feared by the ruling powers and those with such gifts remain hidden. Though with the darker setting, I see this as a more tender romance between our characters as the forbidden nature of their relationship amplifies the passion they feel for each other.


In Need of Warmth – “I’ll see you again.”

It was one of those dinner parties where everyone understood they were here out of obligation. A meeting of corporate interests and company brown-nosing, half-hearted greetings, marriages of convenience and money, utterly sexless, cold and sterile. And that’s how the night should have gone, like all the others, until an unexpected flirtation, a spark in the night and a dangerous game beginning between spouses.

Seeking someone to play a cheating wife alongside my cheating husband. Two people desperate to find the passion in their lives again after marrying for money and power, knowing that their lusts could end up breaking it all, if sneaking around and knowing how wrong it was made it all the hotter for them both.


Fire And Ice – “Hate me harder!”

The University of St Calvin is known for its academic successes and intense sports programming, a place to go when you want to make something of yourself. But in return, they expect the best, even if you’re only there to be part of the sports programming. Which is why they created a Study Buddy program, pairing athletes and academics together to ensure that there would be no failing sports starts graduating out of their campus. Typically this would be done in same sex pairings, but occasionally the numbers would become uneven, leading to some unexpected pairings, with unexpected results...

Seeking someone to play the Cheerleader/Bookworm opposite my Nerd/Jock depending on preference for which side you might wish to write. Regardless of choice, I perceive this a lighter story where our two characters already start off hating the situation, and their assumed Study Buddy, but are quick to find out hate and passion can be two sides of the same coin. It’s all just sex, of course, they could never eventually fall for each other...right?
