All healing is pretty much equal. A cleric with Healing Font does get more castings of Heal, anyone using it can turn it into a radius blast, or heighten it. There's even less of a need for a "dedicated healer" than there was in PF1  :-)

if we're needing piles and piles of healing spells, either our characters are doing something stupid or the DM is being excessively cruel. Either way, we should run away  ;D
