What I'm really looking for is that matted, unkempt, unwashed appearance, rather than physical deformity. Seth bathes and showers even less than any of his kin and lives in the squalor of cave, it should show.

Well the intention was never for all of the family members to have physical or mental deformities.
So I'd say that image can be considered approved.
