The male character has found that with enough charm people will talk to you all day long.  He also has found that the longer they talk the soonner they will say something they didn't want to.  Especially if he lubricates their tongues with his own discovery which is a mild intoxicant which lowers ones inhibitions and raises their desire to see how others react when they tell people their secrets.  The drug wouldn't help if the secret was not something that secretly they took pride in.  Maybe they keep it a secret that they slept with the boss but how that boss would do anything to touch her.  Well have her tell you about it.

The male character gets off on the power to be able to control others through his cunning.  His most treasured reward is a beautiful woman willing to do those few things they said they would never allow a man to have from them.  For each woman it is different and what it is matters to him less than the fact than he can make them do it.
