Wiki newbie needs help!

When you are editing a Wiki page, how do you get it to make the contents box at the top?  How do you format it to look like the typical Wiki page?

etc

if you see anything on my page that you want to be able to replicate, just ask and I will look up the syntax for you.

The syntax is what I was looking for...how do  I make the contents box?  (Does that make sense?)

you don't "make" the  contents box
you simply put the

==title here==

in the text editor. It will make a contents box off the text in between the equals sign
