I couldn't find this in the Labels & Rules FAQ.

Is it possible to apply Labels to Sent messages in the Elluquiy PM system? Can I make a Rule for, or just manually Label, certain messages I send?

You can choose to save sent messages, but the labels don't apply until you get a reply, depending on what conditions you set for the labels.
