The property has a high opaque fence that surrounds most of the property, doubled with a thick, leafy layer on the inside of the fence so that no one outside can see inside and would make climbing down the fence an uncomfortable challenge. In the backyard there is a large pool with a few chairs for lounging and tanning.
While the space visible from the gate is forbidden for use for sexual purposes, everywhere else on the property is open and everyone there is aware that they may walk upon it or be walked upon should they choose a public place to perform. It is commonly acknowledged however that people that wish to use the public area without being bothered by the noises of love-making can courteously request that the couple move somewhere else.
The Bed and Breakfast fees cover the bed for the two-day weekend and two breakfast. Three day weekends are a little more costly and have a third breakfast. Should the guest wish for a lunch or a dinner at the Bayview, they will get an à la carte menu and will be handed the bill at the end of their stay. Schedules for the rooms are pretty much standard: arrival after 3P.M. and departure at noon. WiFi is free. However should anything from the B&B find itself on the net, involved adult agreeing or not, the one who posted it will be tracked down and kicked out of the club. This place must remain a secret so that the authorities don't put their nose in it. Also, membership is not given to anyone who is less than 21 years old.
The town of Bayview is a small fictional town with a strong boating tourism industry. Being on a beautiful oceanic bay where the water is calm enough for several marinas, it has all the perks of a coastal town in Georgia, with palm trees and beautiful sand.
The Rules
Rules of the group (OOC)
- Don't godmod.
- No drama in the OOC Thread. Use PM instead.
- 2 paragraphs per IC post minimum. (More than 1-2 sentences per paragraphs.)
- Humans only, no supernatural beings allowed
- Characters may come back for the next weekend
- Be proactive. If there's someone you do not want to be paired with, shoot Aysande a PM before pairings are done. They will never know.
- Number of characters per players is not limited. However if you don't plan to use a character again, please let Aysande know so she can keep the database clean.
- Maximum 2 characters active per turns, so that the pairings don't get too difficult to make or to be constantly with the same person.
- Each IC day should last roughly a month. So a 2 day weekend will last 8 weeks, a 3 day weekend will last 12. This will stand unless all pairings reach Sunday evening or the opposite does provided that all pairing are active.
- Once the GM placed the header that announces the beginning of a new weekend in every threads, posts that do not happen during this weekend should not be posted.
Rules of Bayview (IC)
- The club must remain secret.
- New members join through word of mouth.
- Swingers couple accepted, so are people in open relationships and of cur.
- Nothing of the club is allowed to get on internet (pictures, videos, etc.)
- Pairings should last the weekend, but if it turns out the chemistry between the two doesn't work, let the owner know.
- The owner takes care of the reservations and greets the clients. She is the face of the business.
- The manager makes sure the place is clean, the food is good, everyone has towels, etc.
- If your room needs cleaning, hang the sign on your door knob.
- If another couple's coupling in a public place is bothering the people who are using the room for its intended use, courteously ask, the couple to take it somewhere else or bring it up to the owner if you don't want to do it yourself.
- The house has a very extensive collection of gear and toys for the clients to enjoy. All that is borrowed must be returned to the front desk in the foyer so that it can be cleaned properly.

Other notes: Roman and Carter have known each other from High School. Carter had the smarts to attend college, but never did. They were best friends, though they spent most of their post-high school time apart. Getting together occasionally for poker, and the like. Roman Tucker was a pillar of support when things collapsed around him. He lost his marriage, home and assets in a self-destructive spiral. Roman gave him a place to live and coached him into sobriety. He feels he owes his new chance on life to Roman.

Yun is unconcerned over whether he has the approval of others, but he is polite and respectful as a rule, regardless. Once someone has gained entrance to his inner circle, the stiff facade relaxes quite a bit. He enjoys finding out what makes others 'tick' and he doesn't mind being completely honest and forthright in letting others know he is interested in them, provided the setting is appropriate. Can I ask to be paired up with someone?
Yes, but not repeatedly and not every time. The goal of the game here is the randomness.
I don't want to write with this person, what should I do?
Send a PM to Aysande and tell her before the pairings are out. Will the goal is randomness, it isn't to have you drop the game because you are paired up with someone you don't like.
Can we have sex with people who aren't paired with us?
The answer is yes. Keep in mind that your assigned partner might ressent it (IC or OOC) so discuss it with them, so you don't leave them hanging.
Are the owner and the manager available for pairings?
Yes.
How are the pairings decided?
Aysande has assigned numbers to characters, and she uses a random sequence generator to assign rooms. After the pairs are done, I make sure that they are a good match in personality, D/s/Van and story VS smut %. The last thing I want is to put two players who have nothing in common or are opposites together.
The pairing isn't working, what are my options?
Sometimes chemistry just don't happen, or two people speak the same language but it feels like they aren't. First, talk with your partner. If you don't find common grounds then add Aysande to the conversation. Perhaps you aren't the only pairing that's not working out and things could be done ICly where the two pairings swing very naturally. Basically, the game is supposed to be fun. If it isn't then you need to communicate.
